We had two nights at this hotel. Rooms although a little dated were spacious and beds comfortable. This hotel's main asset is it's staff who were brilliant. Service excellent, food great. A few mins from Pub Street by Tuk Tuk. Download the grab app for taxi/tuk tuk collection within minutes. We had a tour to Angkor Wat from here which was nearby. Well worth the visit.
We only stayed 3 nights but really enjoyed our stay. Ky, Sona, and the other front desk agents were all lovely, and always willing to help. The location was amazing. Walking g distance to two small grocery stores and plenty of cafes and restaurants. But you also won't have an issue finding a tuk tuk to get you where you want to go. The hotel itself is really cute with a nice pool though a bit outdated (old carpets, bathroom that needs new tub and toilet, walls in need of paint). The only thing that really bothered us was the super hard bed. Other than that, it was great.
Great hotel with wonderful service, especially the front office team under Mr. Sona, who were so helpful, trying their best to give the satisfaction of customers. This hotel is also located at the center of the city where you can reach anywhere easily.
Wanted to share this review for tour agent Mr. Chhin Da Travel during my stay at Tropical Garden House in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Mr. Chhin Da was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which made a big difference for international travelers. He arranged a private Angkor Wat tour with a licensed guide and a comfortable private car. The guide explained the fascinating history and unique features of Angkor Wat, taking the time to show us the most important highlights of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mr. Chhin Da also arranged our Siem Reap Airport pickup and drop-off, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mr. Chhin Da Travel to anyone staying at Tropical Garden House or visiting Siem Reap, Cambodia, who is looking for a reliable local tour service. Amazing hospitality and really great food! Highly recommended. The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay at Tropical Garden House in Siem Reap. This restaurant is absolutely amazing, with delicious food, great drinks, and excellent service. Pheakdey was incredibly accommodating, and the hospitality was outstanding. First Time Visiting Cambodia We stayed at Tropical Garden House in Siem Reap, Cambodia, for four nights with friends and had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, French toast, and bacon and eggs to choose from. After spending the day exploring Angkor Wat and the nearby temples, it was wonderful to return to the villa, relax by the private swimming pool, and enjoy a great dinner with both authentic Cambodian and Western dishes. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Srey Rath, who looked after the bar and went above and beyond by learning our names and making sure everything was perfect. Their warm hospitality made our stay at Tropical Garden House truly memorable. We highly recommend this private villa in Siem Reap to anyone visiting Cambodia.
